Roasting
Lazy Sunday is an easy roast that is pleasant to drink. It mellows and becomes an opulent hug to your senses. The cocoa flavors from Latin America smooth the brew whilst Africa adds citrus notes to the balance. The result is a coffee that is delicious by itself, or with cake or milk chocolate. It is a great match with vanilla cakes with lemon drizzle and lemon sponges.
When making this coffee, we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel using some of the boil water to ensure that it stays warm and ready for brewing. After brewing, let the coffee steep for four minutes. This will ensure that the grounds are fully saturated and not over-extracted. The water is then moved through the grounds using the plunger, do not stir or agitate the coffee, as this can result in unpleasant components in your cup.
Strength - 3, easy and easy to follow, perfect for weekend relaxing.
